Returns Policy

At Alke, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality supplements and exceptional customer service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns process subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. It must also be in the same condition as when you received it.
  2. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, such as supplements with broken seals or opened packaging, and personalized or customized products.
  3. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Alke.information@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
    • Once you have received your RMA number, securely package the item(s) and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
    • Ship the item(s) back to us at the address provided with your RMA number. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  4. Refund Process:

    • Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
    • If the return is approved, we will process a refund to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
  5. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as necessary.
  6. Exchanges:

    • We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
